General Conditions
Organization

Reservations
Whenever possible, reservations should be made in writing, online, or by phone.
Reservations are considered effective upon receipt of proof of payment of 50% of the total cruise cost.
The remaining payment must be made up to 7 working days before the event date.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank deposit, PayPal, or directly at our agency.
We always mention in the confirmation program the discounts regarding children.
Child rates are only valid when accompanied by adults.
After the final payment, we will send the Voucher to be presented at boarding or given to the assistant on the tours.
Complaints
Only complaints that have been submitted in writing to PortoDouro by the claimant within 5 days and presented during the service will be considered.
It will be analyzed and answered.
Canceled, delayed or changed itineraries
PortoDouro retains the right to cancel, delay or change the itinerary of any trip or program for any reason including insufficient bookings, bad weather conditions, mechanical difficulties, local strike or other reasons without penalty to PortoDouro.
Once a reservation is made, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 30 to 10 days before departure date: 50% of total reservation.
- Until 10 days before the departure: 100% of total reservation.
- No show one day of departure 100% of total reservation.
Train
For programs that include a train, the schedule is subject to changes by CP (Portuguese Railways).
If CP is unable to provide the train service, the trip will be made by bus.
Cruises
If the minimum number of participants is not met, in which case refunds will be made to those who confirmed the reservation.
Are under the responsibility of the cruise operator which license is fixed on the ship.
Tours
Tours are the responsibility of the respective operator.
Pets
Are not allowed, except guide-dogs.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is only allowed on the exterior of the vessel (sun deck).
Insurance
Insurance is in full compliance with insurances required by Portuguese law.
Taxes
Prices include VAT (current legal tax rate).
